underway visually interesting hope you have figured out your structure
ReplyDeletehi belinda, thank you so much for you comment. I hope Im in the right track. just one question.
ReplyDeletehow do you upload the video like you did with youtube?
I will be back tomorrow to see your final argument :)
nicely done! and I like your topic!
ReplyDeleteHi Belinda:)
ReplyDeleteI think you have chosen a fascinating topic. I'm really interested in conspiracy theories, Illuminati,Freemasons, etc,so your topic really strikes a chord with me. I agree with Frank that your blog is visually pleasing- I think you have a great layout!
My suggestion for you is to perhaps add more youtube videos-I know with a topic like yours it will be difficult to find useful videos, because there are so many out there.
Thanks Madina,
ReplyDeleteI am a huge history geek, and I originally stumbled upon this whole NWO fascination a few years ago but had no outlet to vent, until now. I'm quite intrigued with conspiracy theories too, it really makes you think twice about what we are fed through the media as opposed to what the truth really is. There are always some truth behind conspiracy theories, we can't just strike them off as being just that.
To tell you the truth I had some reservations about the topic itself, simply because it's just so broad and has so many angles and twists and turns, that I had to think really hard about how I was going to approach this one without getting myself or others lost in translation.
I've decided to stink to the basics of it, and to use visuals and videos as tools to cannon my argument.
I agree there are so many videos, but what do you think is a good number of videos? I was thinking 3-4? Too much?
hi Belinda :)
ReplyDeletei'm not a huge fan of history but i think you changed my mind. the topic is interesting and made me think to have some knowlege about histories :)
oh by the way, thank you for your tip about uploading youtube video :)
ReplyDeletehey Chan ki, thanks for the comment and I hope you get to read the end result of my blog and comment on the content and your general thoughts :D
ReplyDeleteWow. Nothing excites me more than indulging conspiracy theories that have otherwise been coined quack. Really rather informative with a solid back-story as far as the key players are concerned, however there's scant offering of information about freemasonry itself, and not being an affiliate my interests are piqued about a belief system that seems pretty core to the whole cult-ish web. I might be doing some of my own delving.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very interesting topic to read. I can see that you are generally interested in it and had a good think through it! Well written! loved it!
ReplyDeleteOMG!!
ReplyDeleteThis is great topic!!
You explained and suggested minutely....
As I am really interested history, your information were really helpful to understand and to know new things that I have not known.. kk
Anyway, it was really good to read your topic.
Hi Soyoung,
ReplyDeleteHistory is fascinating, it's like tapping into unknown territory and retaining the knowledge to pass onto someone else so that it never fades. The topic itself was far more extensive that what I have layed out, but I hope you get to read the end product and comment further ^__^
AS soon as I saw the words freemasons written in the text, immediately the lost treasure, I think a lot of people would have watched it. In it they show a small history of a secret group which are built up of leaders whom are all guarding a secret treasure.
ReplyDeleteSo from the get go I found this topic very interesting, and unlike the movie, I was rather surprised to hear about how these secret associations, rather then looking out for everyone at the end of the day just wanted to control people as if they were puppets, believing the same ideals. It seems like they intend to make clones, the secret society's ideals seems rather similar to Stalin's version of Communism. Also thank you for posting on my blog. ^_^
Hi Sam,
ReplyDeleteconspiracies are intriguing right? As I had commented to Madina, there is always some level of truth to these conspiracies, and to mask them perhaps they are labeled as such to refrain from impairing the unassuming publics opinion of them as being anything other than a government where their peoples best interests are most important.
I've taken your comment into account and have added a little more detail about the Freemasons, as well as added visuals for added effect and, I am most pleased your interest is piqued! I do hope follow through and do some digging of your own. I have another blog titled 'Book Club for One', at the moment I am going through various texts relating to the Templar Knights. Feel feel to drop by and comment or recommend some reading material.
Thanks for the comment, I hope you return to read the end result, I shall be stopping by yours for commenting also.
Hi Tina,
ReplyDeleteI am not only generally interested, I am without a doubt head over heels with history and this topic of discussion is just one of many ^__^ I pleased you think it is well written, I admit I need to clean up a few things before the deadline but overall your comment is very welcomed. If you are in any way inclined to read a little further into it, try a few of the links under references. Thanks again for your comment ^__^
Hey Yoon,
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by! I was really moved by your blog on animal experimentation, I shall drop by again for a more indepth post to other comments.
With this topic, I tried to expand and explain what it was within the given restrictions (word count) but to no avail. It really is only a small input from something of a larger scale. I am really glad that you found the information helpful in understanding the topic and I hope the visuals were an added bonus?
I love history to, and a geek to the core when it comes to reading, but it only serves to expand the mind right?
There are some really great links under references if you feel the need to just read a little more.
Hey Farish,
ReplyDeleteI knew you would think 'lost treasure', most people associate Freemasonry with the Nicholas Cage movies National Treasure. Freemasons are notably one of the not so secret 'Secret Society'. They openly announce their names, and if they are Freemasons, or Freemason associates, there are some really good links on Youtube as well.
personally I think the idea behind a NWO was stemmed from medieval times through the Orders of the various Knight Brotherhoods. The Templar Knights, who were known for their bravery on the battle field and their unwavering religious beliefs, created the worlds first international banking system, enter the financial element.
Maybe the politcal fascists of today deeply admired both, and combined the two to create a set of ideological beliefs to form their 'ideal' nation.
But that's just my opinion. I will stop by your blog again later to comment further ^__^
thanks for commenting Farish!
To a degree the ideas of the New World Order has been depicted in many sci-fi books.
ReplyDeleteThe idea of utopia,-in ''A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.''
Or,one-religion-A Handmaid's Tale.
One-government-1984
As we all know these are never a good idea in science fiction. So if it isn't good on paper,it surely will not be good in reality.
P.S. I was just wondering how the Illuminati fit into this scheme,if they do at all? The readings I have done suggested that it was the Illuminati that had planted the seeds for the NWO,but then again my other readings suggested that the Illuminati never existed. Mystery.
P.P.S. Your blog has a very distinctive voice, and I truly do think that upon finishing this assignemnt you should branch out and start your own blog:).
BELINDA!! WELL DONE!
ReplyDeletethis topic was something i have not read before and to be honest didn't even know about. This was amazing to read and scary to even think that there are people out there who want to control humans but then again with "Hitler and the Holocaust" it shouldn't be that surprising.
I think i should hit the library and read a few history books! Your topic and others have given me an eye opener on our worlds history!
Great job.
The Illuminati had the role of 'protagonist' so to speak, and ideally I would've loved to have included them but, sadly word restrictions would only allow me so much freedom. It seems I have crossed paths with a kindred spirit!
ReplyDeleteI have a blog called Book Club for one, created when I started researching for this assignment.
I found myself consumed with need to expand my knowledge on the whole concept, and found myself buried knee deep in books reading up a storm. The blog pretty much starts from the Templar Knights, with intentions to branch out to other orders, and eventually the Illuminati and the Catholic Church.
What I have stumbled upon though are conflicts in reports regarding timelines and certain information of importance. Call it an unofficial research if you will of my attempt at discovering where the idea came from and how these medieval orders and their religious beliefs play into the NWO. I believe it to be a time consuming mission, but I don't mind.
Hey Luseane, fancy seeing you here at this time of night. I am nursing a recovering sick partner, what's your excuse haha. Jokes ^__^
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment, not many people are aware of NWO. I asked my sister, who is in no way politically inclined, if she had heard of it. Her response was "oh yeah, those bastards want to control everything under one government huh?"
Needless to say, I was shocked because she doesn't read much and abhors history. Kudos to her for having some idea, even if limited.
Apparently Hitler was a dictator and a puppet who preyed on the Jews in ways unthinkable. I am glad our blogs have given you an insight to the importance of history to our culture. I say, read read read. And if you find conflicting information, read some more :D
Hello Bellinda, I read your post and really interested to this topic. I could learn history ever I do not know from your post. Then, it is hard for me to think what I can do... Only one idea I thought is to watch the News carefully more than before even to looking for some propaganda in that media.
ReplyDeleteof course like your web-site however you have to test the spelling on
ReplyDeleteseveral of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very bothersome to
inform the reality then again I will definitely come again again.
